Rapid Prototyping & Low-Volume Parts for Robotics Development
Precision CNC Machining, SLA Prototyping, Finishing, Assembly and Inspection — From EVT to Pilot Build.
Jierchen helps robotics and hardware teams turn designs into real, testable parts — from rapid prototypes to low-volume pilot builds. Based in Taiwan and ISO 9001 certified, we machine, print, finish, assemble and inspect under one roof, so your iteration loop stays short and your data stays clean.
Parts we machine and print for robots.
Structural, precision and appearance parts for humanoid, mobile, industrial and collaborative robots — in true engineering materials, ready for real testing.

Fixtures & test jigs
Bench, calibration and EVT-line jigs built to your gauge and repeatability needs.
EVT / DVT modification parts
Fast re-machining of revised CAD so design changes reach your test bench in days.
One partner from Prototype to Pilot.
Choose the process by build stage and quantity — the design never leaves the building between stages.
CNC machining
1–100 pcs · 3–7 days. Functional metal & plastic parts in true engineering materials.
Silicone vacuum casting
10–100 pcs · 5–10 days. Production-like PU parts for field and reliability testing.
Steel-mold injection
500+ pcs · 4–8 weeks incl. tooling. Repeatable parts for pilot builds and early production.
Real robot hardware, measured — never guessed.

Dynamic Walking Leg Assembly | CNC-Machined Robotics Prototype
A fully articulated 6-DOF bipedal robot leg assembly featuring CNC-machined AL 6061 load-bearing joints, built for a U.S. robotics research program. Critical shaft-and-bore interfaces were machined and CMM-verified to ±0.001 inch fit tolerance, ensuring precise alignment and reliable mechanical movement.
- General tolerances: ISO 2768-f unless specified; critical fits reviewed by our engineers before quoting.
- Inspection: Keyence CMM, 2.5D vision and micrometer verification — dimensional inspection reports on request.
- Finishing in-house: anodizing, painting, bead blasting, laser marking and assembly.
Built for engineering teams in the US, Japan and Europe.
You talk directly to the engineers who machine your parts — no hand-offs, no translation loss, export-ready documentation.

Robotics teams ask us.
How fast can I get robotics prototype parts?
For qualified projects with complete CAD files, SLA parts ship in as fast as 1–3 days and CNC-machined parts in 3–7 days, with engineer-reviewed quotations as fast as 24 hours. EVT and DVT revision rounds are re-quoted quickly so your iteration loop stays short.
Can you hold the fits and tolerances robot joints need?
Yes. Our general machining tolerances follow ISO 2768-f, and critical shaft-and-bore interfaces, bearing seats and dowel fits can be machined to local best-case tolerances down to ±0.01 mm where the geometry allows. Critical dimensions are CMM-verified and dimensional inspection reports are available on request.
Do you support EVT / DVT iteration and small pilot builds?
That is our core use case. There is no minimum order quantity — we build from 1 piece, re-machine revised CAD quickly, and scale the same design through silicone vacuum casting (10–100 pcs) to steel-mold injection for pilot and production quantities, all under one roof.
Do you work with robotics startups and sign NDAs?
Yes. Many of our customers are robotics startups and university research teams. Your files remain your property, we are glad to sign an NDA before reviewing your CAD, and we communicate directly with your engineers in English, Japanese or Chinese.
Send us the part your robot is waiting for.
