What material and tolerance do you use for heat sink bases?

We CNC-machine heat sink bases from AL 6061 or AL 7075 aluminum, holding ±0.01mm on critical mating and mounting dimensions with ISO 2768-f general tolerances. We can add anodizing or bead blasting for corrosion resistance or emissivity, depending on the thermal application.

Can you sign an NDA and how do you handle our CAD files?

Yes, we sign NDAs before reviewing your design. CAD files are only used to quote and machine your part, and we do not share designs outside the project team. This applies to AI hardware and semiconductor-equipment programs the same way it applies to any other prototype.

Can you take a part from single-unit validation to a small batch?

Yes. Our four-stage process moves from SLA (Validate) to CNC (Test) to silicone or vacuum casting (Pilot) to steel-mold injection (Scale), so a single validation unit can move into a small pilot batch without starting over on a new supplier.
