Send a 3D CAD file (STEP or IGS preferred) along with quantity, target material, surface finish, and any critical tolerances. A 2D drawing helps if specific dimensions carry tight tolerances. You’ll receive an engineer-reviewed quotation, typically within one business day.

Yes. We accept inch-based drawings and drawings with ASME Y14.5 GD&T callouts. Our engineers convert them to metric for machining and inspect against your original drawing, so you don’t need to redraw anything.

Tell us your budget and what the prototype must demonstrate. Our engineers will suggest alternatives — a different material, SLA 3D printing instead of CNC for early concepts, or silicone casting for small batches — so you validate your design without paying for precision you don’t need yet.

No. We machine single prototypes as readily as low-volume production runs. Many projects start with one concept model and scale up to silicone casting (10–50 parts) or injection molding once the design is validated.

SLA 3D printing is fastest (1–3 days) and economical for early concept models and complex geometries. CNC machining (3–7 days) uses the real engineering material — ABS, PC, POM, PEEK, aluminum — and holds tighter tolerances, so it’s the right choice for functional testing, appearance models with fine finishes, and anything that must behave like the production part. Many clients print first, then machine the refined design.

Soft tooling (silicone molds with vacuum casting) delivers 10–50 parts in about 5–10 days — ideal for pilot runs and market samples. Hard tooling (steel injection molds) takes roughly 4–8 weeks to build but produces thousands of parts at low unit cost. We advise which stage fits your volume and timeline during quoting.

We machine to ISO 2768-f general tolerances and verify critical dimensions to ±0.01 mm on a Keyence coordinate measuring machine (CMM). Every order passes our five-gate quality control process before shipping.

Yes — we ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx, and US clients make up a growing share of our work. Our standard trade term is EXW Taiwan: we prepare the shipment with a complete commercial invoice and export documentation, and import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We’re happy to walk first-time importers through the process.

Production takes 1–3 business days for SLA printing and 3–7 business days for CNC prototypes. Express courier from Taiwan to the US typically adds 2–5 business days. Most prototype orders arrive within two weeks of quote approval.

Yes — we’re glad to sign a mutual NDA before you send any files. Confidentiality is standard practice for us: we’ve manufactured prototypes for leading electronics brands for decades, and your files are used only for quoting and production.
